Just a quick update from babycenter for week 17. Oh yeah, watch out...our baby weighs 5 ounces now!
Your baby's skeleton is changing from soft cartilage to bone, and the umbilical cord — her lifeline to the placenta — is growing stronger and thicker. Your baby weighs 5 ounces now, and she's around 5 inches long from head to bottom. She can move her joints, and her sweat glands are starting to develop.

uh oh, sweat glands forming...watch out, baby murphy, you're going to have stinky armpits to deal with...thanks to your MOM! no worries, aunt kaitlyn will show you where you can buy men's deodorant...unless you're a boy, then it should be fairly obvious for you to use men's deodorant, probably extra strength. this = your first piece of advice from me, how exciting...don't worry, i've got LOADS more fun things to teach you like practical jokes to play on your lame-o parents. just wait.
